Art has been my passion from a young age (about the age of 5). It is my favourite form of therapy next to my daughter
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I primarily create abstract pieces in an acrylic medium. I never seek perfection but prefer to just play with lines and let my ideas flow. I’ve also done some work with alcohol markers and pencil crayons.
Where do you find inspiration?I have a wide variety of inspiration ranging from other artists on instagram, through my journeys around nature, doodling in class & especially my own daughter (as can be seen on my instagram). I usually paint when I’m feeling overwhelmed with life, or I’ve seen something that has moved me is some way. When I paint everything else going on in my life seems to fade away.
What would you do with $25,000?The first thing I would do is put away a portion of the money in a savings account for my daughter’s future. The rest of the money would go towards spoiling her & the expenses of life. I feel like it would take away some of the financial stresses that come with having a kid.
