I’ve always loved art. It’s been my form of expression, my freedom from reality, the love of my life.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I do a little bit of everything. Despite pursuing an education in film, I mostly do illustrations and oil paintings. I love them both equally for their own reasons. Illustration is where my ideas flood to, painting is where my raw emotions bleed.
Where do you find inspiration? Most of my painting work is inspired by my own self (childhood, religious background, sexuality, etc). My illustration work is inspired by anything and everything (fandoms, my cat, etc).
What would you do with $25,000?Truthfully, I would likely pay any student debt or leftover tuition. In a dream world though, I would upgrade my iPad from 2017, expand my art supplies (possibly getting a seperate art studio space to avoid any danger for my cat) and give the rest to my parents to thank them for supporting my creative work.
