My heart lies in abstract texture art and mixed media. I love the physical process of layering acrylics and diverse materials until the canvas becomes a living, breathing composition. It’s a delicate dance between letting go and holding back—using bold, thick strokes to contrast with moments of quiet calm. I don't just want to create something to look at; I want to create something that invites the viewer to reach out and touch the story held within the layers.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration usually hits me as a specific mood before it ever becomes a visual. I find it in the organic textures of nature, the "hidden energy" of urban environments, and the emotional resonance of music. As an art enthusiast, I am also deeply inspired by the "artist’s mindset"—the process of deconstructing creative blocks and finding beauty in the chaos of a splash. For me, inspiration is everywhere there is movement, flow, and an untold story.
What would you do with $25,000?Winning this would allow me to expand my mission o creating professional art!! I would invest in a larger, dedicated studio space in New Delhi to house more significant, large-format works and who knows i might scale my "Artist’s Mindset" workshops. I might develop a community program that provides premium art materials and mentorship to aspiring artists who lack access, helping them find their unique voice through the power of texture and expression.
