What is your favorite type of art to create?

I’m drawn to cinematic portraits and intimate storytelling—work that feels like a still from a film. I love capturing people in between moments, when they’re not posing but just being. Whether it’s a couple, an artist, or a fleeting interaction, I try to create images that feel honest, atmospheric, and a little nostalgic like something you’ve lived before, even if you haven’t.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in movement traveling between cities, different cultures, and the people I meet along the way. A lot of it comes from real life: quiet moments, late nights, conversations, music, and the feeling of being somewhere unfamiliar. I’m also influenced by film, fashion, and the energy of places like Tokyo, New York, and Los Angeles—each one shaping how I see light, emotion, and space.

What would you do with $25,000?

I would use it to buy time the freedom to slow down and create without constantly thinking about survival. I’d build a body of work across different cities, documenting real people and honest moments that often go unnoticed. I want to create images that feel like memories—something quiet but lasting. Part of it would also go into supporting collaborations with other creatives, so it’s not just about my work, but about building something that connects people and stories together.
