Saving our ocean is important to me, my subject mostly is the sea. I participate in water sports such as surfing, outrigger canoe racing.

Working primarily in oil paint, I create ocean-themed works that merge atmospheric seascapes with humanitarian narratives. My paintings are characterized by fluid brushwork, layered pigments, and a luminous color palette that captures the shifting moods of water—both serene and turbulent. At the heart of their practice is a deep concern for human vulnerability and resilience. The ocean serves as both subject and metaphor: a space of passage, survival, displacement, and connection.
Where do you find inspiration? The ocean, marine life and people inspire me.
What would you do with $25,000?I would donate a portion, to a charity such as Surfrider Foundation, which I’ve done previously with fundraising.
