I make contemporary art that’s inspired by nostalgic things. Multiple aesthetics, mixed media art. I want the viewer to have fun while looking and to look forward to whatever life might inspire.
Where do you find inspiration?I pull inspiration from nostalgic memories. Family, love, books, movies, cartoons, sports, video games, trading cards. Every feeling I’ve ever felt that had a lasting impression that I felt like I can make some type of imagery out of to explain my story.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest some of that money back into my studio, because you are your best investment. I would also use that to help raise my newborn child to come. Whatever we need to make sure my baby’s healthy and to secure a good future for us.
