Since childhood, I’ve been mesmerized by the cosmos. At 12, a telescope allowed me to look beyond the naked eye, and soon after, attaching a camera to it sparked my lifelong passion for photography. Today, my work spans two worlds: capturing the wonders of the universe and exploring Intentional Camera Movement (ICM). I use light and motion to transform scenes into paint like abstracts, aiming to evoke deep emotion through the beauty of our world and beyond.
Where do you find inspiration?My work combines the majestic mystery of the celestial night with the raw beauty of Mother Nature. By capturing the scale of the cosmos above the shores, I hope to evoke emotions that remind us just how lucky we are to live here—inspiring a deeper sense of wonder and a commitment to caring for our only home.
What would you do with $25,000?I would definitely upgrade my gear, starting with a star tracker to capture the universe in even greater detail. Beyond my art, I’m committed to our planet’s future, so I would donate a portion of the funds to a conservation group—or perhaps even lay the groundwork for my own environmental initiative.
