Combining abstract landscapes and figurative work allows for a compelling blend of visual emotion and human narrative. Using many art mediums together, incorporating different textures, and tapping into my imagination help me realize what has become my favorite art to create.
Where do you find inspiration?I find most of my inspiration from life experience, travel, music, and from memory. In addition, the senses are great facilitators of re-creation. In some cases, certain aromas, sounds, and tastes influence my creative energy.
What would you do with $25,000?I would put much of it away for my kids, upgrade my studio space a little, and donate some to a local art charity.
