I create because ideas don’t leave me alone. Art is how I give them structure, control, and a place to exist. My mind never stops building.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Drawing is my main focus because it develops control and observation. I also use painting, digital media, and photography to expand how I study light and composition.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in nature, music, and film. I study how they work together to shape mood and composition, as they do in film. This process trains my eye and guides how I build my work through photography, drawing, and painting.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to support my education and give me time to focus on my work. I would invest in materials like canvas, paper, and oils, and take classes that strengthen my foundation. I would also purchase a camera to capture reference images and study light and composition, then apply that directly to my drawings and paintings.
