I create art because I treat it as a healing tool most of my work is based off self portraiture. Expressing mental health and feelings.

I love creating art based off of emotion and mental health. In my artwork I am mostly my own model and I make artwork based on how I feel and what emotions I feel. An example is that a lot of my artwork is based off of anxiety as well as depression and how a person can struggle with it which can make you feel alone unheard and not normal especially when under so much stress. I make this art so when others see it they know they are not alone. I usually make my work with painting or charcoal.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration off of myself and my emotions and how I feel in situations that make me feel really anxious or when I’m falling in doubt due to stress. I tend to stress out and get upset very easily which shakes me up making me nervous causing me to become anxious. When I find myself in this situation I end up making it into an art piece to show others they are not alone and creating the work gives me a calming peace of mind because I love to create.
What would you do with $25,000?If I had 25,000 dollars I would choose to help mostly my mother because she is sick and is struggling with cancer. Due to the cancer she is unemployed so I wanted to find a way to help her out. I always have takin care of her and I try my best to make her proud by juggling work as well as school and making time to take care of her with anything she needs when she is struggling from pain. I am here to show her I put myself out there with my artwork to make her proud.
