Art enables me to transform memory, experience, and emotion into shared, physical spaces of connection and meaning.

I am drawn to multidisciplinary installations that combines video, sculpture, and found materials. I use everyday objects like thread, tea bags, and suitcases to explore memory, migration, and belonging. Video adds time and movement, while sculpture provides physical presence. Together they create a dialogue between stillness and change, presence and absence. This type of art allows viewers to experience the work in a layered, embodied way that engages a lot of their senses.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my current life and the world I am living in, especially in simple everyday gestures. Small repetitive actions, moments of change, and ordinary details around me often carry memory, emotion, and meaning, and they shape the way I think and create my work.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would support two local artists and one art student, building a small collaborative network. I would invest in a studio space and essential equipment like a camera, lighting, and tools to document and develop my work. A dedicated studio would bring consistency and independence to my process. I would also allocate funds to marketing, improving visibility and helping me share my work more widely in a new cultural context.
