I create art to get the chance to show beauty within the reality. I want the ability to showcase the reality of society‘s true beauty.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I set out to create photographs set in nature capturing reality and naturalism. I also draw, focusing on pen work, drawing floral or fantasy settings.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from the natural art surrounding the world. Along with the books I read and idealize over. The books give me the chance to imagine the setting and I try to make that setting come true by creating a fantasy, that could possibly be reality if we set our mind to it. Nature helps create the reality of beauty given to us in this world. I want to show that real beauty is already given to us, we are just sometimes blindsided from it due to societies standards.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use some of it to pay off my student loans, then invest in creating my own photography business and getting equipment. With this money I would be able to make a dream come true that I believe can help our vision on the world and show the truth. My promise has always been to others, rather than myself. That’s what I believe humanity is about. Not to be selfish and foolish.
