Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in emotion,especially the quiet moments people don’t speak about. Pain, love, detachment, and healing all shape my work. I also draw from music, and the way people carry things they don’t say.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d build stability around my art,studio, materials, and time to create without survival pressure. I’d also expand into clothing and create work that lives beyond the canvas. I’d also donate to any suicide prevention or men’s mental health programs in honor of my loved one.
