The artistic language I employ in my work is grounded in a formally figurative style. I rely on color, textures, compositional balance, and areas of tension within the visual space. Conceptually, the message I wish to convey draws inspiration from fables; I seek to connect these narratives with social situations, exploring the animalistic nature—whether internal or external—that resides within each of us and manifests in our daily lives, often in relation to the metamorphosis of the characters.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration stems from observing human behavior in daily life. I seek that sense which connects us to nature, crafting a parody between animals and humans, and—through metamorphosis—I strive to uncover the essence of being by creating my own stories.
What would you do with $25,000?I would improve my working conditions and materials to continue creating my work in that magical universe I call "The Whims of Dreams."
