I transform discarded materials into meaningful art, revealing beauty in waste and inspiring creativity, sustainability,& a new perspective
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love creating sculptures, transforming everyday materials(especially cardboard) into meaningful work of art. Through this process, I give new life to what others may see as disposable, turning it into something creative, expressive, and valuable.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my culture, my city, and my imagination. My cultural roots shape my identity and influences my creativity, while my city surrounds me with everyday beauty, stories, and energy. Most importantly, my imagination allows me to transform these influences into unique artistic expressions.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use $25,000 to create an after school art program where children can explore and bring their imagination to life. The program would provide materials, guidance, and a safe space for students to create freely, encouraging creativity, confidence, and self expression. My goal is to inspire children to se the value in their ideas and continue using their imagination to create meaningful art.
