My artwork has become a form to express my imagination, how I see my life, or interpret the world around me.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I am mix media artist but I believe my favorite type of art to create are drawings and illustrations. It is due to it's versatility. A simple sketch can be converted into different mediums; a painting, a sculpture, a mural, or even a digital piece like animation. I as well find drawing and illustration easier to create wherever you are. On a scrap of paper, doodles on homework, on a restaurant napkin, or in an actual travel sketchbook.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration through my interests and experiences. My art style and artworks are based on my interests like animation, mythology, world events, and personal experiences. I as well find inspiration from artist I enjoy like Takashi Murakami, and Jeff Koons. Even music artist such as Ado and BTS. As I mention before a lot of what art is to me is expressing my imagination and ideas which is influenced by the world around me.
What would you do with $25,000?I will be entering my first year of college soon so if I receive the $25,000 it would not only be a huge honor but a great financial support. Due to me being an artist the $25,000 could possibly used to fund towards my artistic pursuits and projects. Not to mention I also have the hobby of creative writing so this money could too be used to fund self-publish some of my work. This money for wouldn't go to vain since it will be used to fund something beneficial. Whether it's my education or art.
