Drawing has been an outlet for me and a way for me to maintain my sobriety. I love to draw animals and nature and have an eye for color.

I like to create realistic drawings, trying to capture texture, movement and life. I use several mediums such as markers, colored pencils, graphite, charcoal and paper pastels, however, I do favor colored pencil.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration by going on walks and observing the world around me. I love to see how many colors and patterns are out there just being passed by. I’ve always had a desire to draw the world around me, especially animals. I love to capture their expressions, emotions, and life in their eyes.
What would you do with $25,000?I would pay off debts and use the rest to put toward a down payment for a home. Finding a bigger home for my family and space for a studio setup would be amazing. This would offer me an opportunity to really grow my passion and possibly make it more than a hobby. I would love to be able to create and share more of my work with the world as well as expand my mediums, trying new ideas and types of art.
