Music and lyrics. Since I was a child I had a song in my heart. Usually one that was born there. As soon as i learned 3 chords on the guitar, i was able to get it out and play with it. I had found a new friend. The muse harmonizing with my breath and giving me sanctuary.
Where do you find inspiration?A word, a sound, a feeling. The way a phrase turns in on itself and seems both contradictory and cogent at the same time. Nature and the often befuddling nature of people: our humanity and inhumanity. The balance if gravity and levity. A really bitchin’ guitar riff.
What would you do with $25,000?I am working on rebuilding my studio so I can create and record. I am doing all the work myself, but the cost of materials is thwarting.
