Ultimately I create because I have to, it keeps me honest. Art is how I process life, emotion, and energy without filters.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love creating expressive, textured works that feel alive. My practice ranges from landscape-inspired “HARRODSCAPES” to large-scale oil pastel faces and chaotic expressionism compositions. I’m drawn to movement, raw color, and layered surfaces. I want the viewer to feel something immediate not just see a painting, but experience energy.
Where do you find inspiration?I draw inspiration from lived experience. Skateboard culture, music, architecture, and the environments that shape me. Skateboarding taught me movement, risk, and flow. Music showed me rhythm, layering and evolution. Architecture taught me structure and space. Life itself provides the texture. I chase moments thats made me feel. Somewhere chaos and control meet.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest it directly back into my studio by scaling production, upgrading equipment, and creating a larger body of work without financial pressure. It would allow me to focus fully on my art while expanding community access through exhibitions and collaborations. I want to build something lasting.
