Once I get going...I have flow, quiet and enter a space....then can show the art and maybe influence spirit and contemplation in others.

Mixed media painting; I use crackle and other media to build the surface textures, then paint, using watercolour, pencil and acrylics. To see them is much more powerful than an image, many "feeling" the light and golden tones as they shift throughout the day.
Where do you find inspiration?Internally, through color, shapes, nature and Rothko, Agnes Martin, O'Keefe, Cezanne, Kandinsky, Riopelle, Shadbolt and many others...Abstract Expressionism, and modernists.
