Collage allows me to deconstruct the raw energy of the urban landscape and remix those elements into rich, layered compositions.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite art to make is collage. I love mixing all sorts of stuff—photos, old newspapers, crayons, acrylics—into one piece. Whether I’m doing it on my computer or getting my hands messy with paper and glue, the whole process is fun.
Where do you find inspiration? The streets of New York city itself is very inspirational to me. So anywhere around there is a vibrant energy. The city offers endless artistic inspiration through its iconic skyline, diverse street life, small coffee shops, street art scene, the subway stations or lonely perspectives of its historical neighborhoods.
What would you do with $25,000?I'm planning to use the funds for tools and materials so I can host creative workshops. It’s all about bringing more art and creativity to the community.
