I love to create pop art on canvas, particularly of famous animated cartoons characters. I enjoy integrating some of my abstract painting techniques into my work and experimenting with different natural materials, as well as spray paints, acrylic paints, and markers. I also create my own cartoon characters, produce freehand sketches, and hand cut my own stencils. Additionally, I enjoy painting storefront windows around town for every holiday.
Where do you find inspiration?Besides being inspired by nature and all the beauty that exists around the world, I'm currently finding inspiration from comic book art. I'm SUPER excited about the new super hero series of paintings that I'm currently developing. The series has a street art vibe background with recognizable symbols and images related to each super hero. I get most of my inspiration from seeing the smiles on people's faces when they see at my artwork.
What would you do with $25,000?I would set up my own gallery with a built-in studio, where I could also host and teach people how to create artwork. This money would allow me the opportunity to have a space where I can fully express my creativity and inspire others of all ages to become artists.
