My favorite type of art to create is animal portrait photography. I’m drawn to capturing expression, personality, and detail in wildlife, whether it’s the intensity of a predator or the curiosity of a smaller animal. Each shot feels like freezing a moment of connection between the viewer and the subject. My favourite part is I don't pose the animals I have to anticipate how they will act and try to position myself and camera for the best shot.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in nature and in the unpredictability of wildlife. Every animal has its own personality, and no two moments are ever the same. Traveling, observing behavior, and being patient in the field all fuel my creativity and push me to capture something unique each time.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest it into my photography by upgrading gear, traveling to new locations, and building a stronger online presence. It would allow me to access more remote wildlife environments, create higher quality work, and expand my portfolio into something that can grow into a longterm business.
