I’m drawn to creating intuitive abstract work that lives between structure and freedom. I work with layered media to build depth, allowing colour and movement to guide the process. My favourite pieces are the ones that feel discovered rather than planned—where emotion, texture, and spontaneity come together to form something both raw and intentional.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in quiet, everyday moments—light shifting through a room, the rhythm of nature, and the emotional undercurrents of daily life. Living in Canada, the changing seasons influence my palette and mood. I’m also inspired by internal landscapes—feelings, memories, and the subtle tension between chaos and calm.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in expanding my practice—developing a cohesive body of work for gallery exhibition and creating a dedicated studio space that allows for larger-scale pieces. I’d also allocate part of it toward professional development and opportunities that connect my work to new audiences, both locally and internationally.
