What is your favorite type of art to create?

Abstract expressionism that lives in feeling rather than form. I work with my hands, palette knives, and instinct, building texture the same way emotions build in the body. My pieces are less about control and more about release, often inspired by music, memory, and the quiet things we carry.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in music, emotion, and everyday moments that carry weight beneath the surface. A song can shift everything for me. I’m also inspired by personal growth, loss, and connection. Most of my work comes from paying attention to what’s felt but not always spoken.

What would you do with $25,000?

I would invest in the discipline of creating, space, tools, and time. Then offer that back through small, intentional gatherings where art becomes a shared experience, not just something observed.
