Where do you find inspiration?Through connections I see in everyday life, I create narrative and world building. Though there are recognizable critters and items, they are rarely in the traditional settings, scale, and coloring, which creates questions. I challenge classic perspectives in my world building. The outside viewers' interpretation of the story are equally important to my own, creating multiple avenues these character could be taking.
What would you do with $25,000?After all the responsible adulting choices, I would use it to invest in my art practice. I am constantly seeing new materials that intrigue me and would expand my art practice. I would love to incorporate more 3d built forms and sculpt into my paintings, or invest in less conventional painting surfaces to help the art/story escape the frame
