I love capturing the unseen moments of wildlife. Those moments that people often overlook, or don't even realize that they exist. There is something special about a moment that is frozen in time for everyone to see. I may not see the whole story of an animal, but I can capture a glimpse of what their life looked like in that moment.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the peace and flow of nature. Being in a forest or looking out a window seeing the wind and rain makes me feel inspired because we are such a small part of the world, yet we can make huge impacts on the environment and other species. I am inspired by wildlife's relentless and unwavering growth even in the harshest conditions, along with the tenacity of species to grow and thrive.
What would you do with $25,000?One of my biggest dreams is to photograph puffins in Iceland. So, I think I would buy a new lens and book a flight out there during the season. I would love to travel and capture the beauty of other countries, whether it be the wildlife or the culture. I want people to see how beautiful our Earth is, and how amazing we can be as a species.
