I simply just capture the world as I see it through my own eyes. Despite having glaucoma. I want to build a story with YOUR eyes. Not mine.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
This is a good question, a really good one. If I had to say, my favorite type of art is to create something that can tell a story to the viewer. That maybe something colorful, dark, moody, or joyful and happy. I want art that allows you to create the story for it yourself. What do you feel when seeing my work? How does it alter your point of view? What emotions are you feeling? My favorite type of art to create is something everyone can simply view and find inspiration from.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the world itself. I get it from viewing others’ work and admiring all the details they put into the art they make. It’s always amazing how creative people really are and the things we can create. I also get my main inspiration from music. Music just takes you to another world, just for a second, but into an entirely different reality. It speaks to your soul and heart like nothing else. What I capture all comes from that music and the art of others. Something magical, I hope
What would you do with $25,000?I’d give back with that money. I’m not a selfish person. If someone needed help, regardless of whether it’s money or just emotional or physical help, I’ve always been there, no questions asked, and not expecting a return. I’d give back to my family and friends who made this journey of mine even remotely possible. Without their help, love, and support, I don’t know how far I really would have made it. Give back all the help I’ve received and spend the rest on paying off debt and investing.
