I love creating sculptures using taxidermy, found objects, and clay. My sculptures are based on my lived experiences or social issues affecting minority groups I am a part of. I also enjoy creating taxidermy jewelry and smaller sculptures just for fun, it helps me stay passionate about what I do.
Where do you find inspiration?All around me. Hearing quotes from other performance media and contextualizing those quotes around my own life is the catalyst for most of my creations.
What would you do with $25,000?I would move back home to California to be with my family, and continue to create there with the rest of the cash.
