Ramon Zavala

I love the art of music because I love connecting with people being able to feel what others feel and empathize with them.

Music

Where do you find inspiration?

When I was young, my inspiration came from seeing how passionate my father was about making music. My brother and I started creating music in our own genre, which is rock, but no one ever supported us because they wanted us to follow in my father’s footsteps. Now, after going through the most traumatic experience of my life—being shot in Mexico—I want to focus on making the kind of music that once helped me get through everything.

What would you do with $25,000?

I’m planning to invest in an event this December—a major show where Fabio Leone, former singer of Rhapsody of Fire, will be performing. I also want to invest in two music videos, since I’ve already released my first EP and I feel like I’m missing a proper photo session and the videos. Right now, I’m also working on my second EP, titled Light in the Darkness.
