It's a release for me. A way to relax. I enjoy making comics.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I am currently laying out a movie short and formatting a comic book derived from the movie.
Where do you find inspiration?I live in Northern Idaho, not hard to be inspired. I go fishing and ride my bike to parks. I go to visit my dad who is still around. I have a marriage to go to this year. Sometimes I'll use recreational #$%'s for inspiration, but not a whole lot. Quiet time to me or meditation to you is how I form a story in my head, but it's about filling your head with story stuff, the opposite of emptying your mind...
What would you do with $25,000?I'd buy better computer equipment as in better GPUs. I got to MSI Aegis' with 5000 series GPUs now. 1 or 2 serious AI based cards giving me 4 times the vram would be nice. I have one computer generating the art up to the render point then I transfer them with to the other and us AI on them to generate 5-20 times the amount of renders to get stills from that I use to layout the comic with. The movies I make are to get the stills shots from, the comic is to me a premier product, the film #2.
