I create bright, chaotic, & beautiful whimsical pieces that can be challenging to read but immerse viewers in my world & feel connected.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I create bright, chaotic, and beautiful whimsical pieces that can be scary, uncomfortable, or difficult to read. I aim to immerse others in my world and foster connection. I love folklore, storytelling, and lore about places, people, music, characters, and media, which I incorporate into my own visions. I enjoy role-playing and transforming my ideas into tangible creations, which also helps me engage with others.
Where do you find inspiration? My loved ones, creatives, conversations, humanity, and the arts inspire me. They help me transform my imagination into reality, releasing stories and ideas. My nostalgia, experiences, interests, and interactions fuel my creativity. I create to connect and release these emotions, using it as therapy. Sometimes, daily interactions leave me overstimulated.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to create more art and support my students with supplies. It could also help me network, increase visibility for my work internationally, and gain recognition in the creative industry. Additionally, I’d invest in a dedicated art space and new digital and mixed media tools to experiment with different platforms and mediums.
