First of all , being resourceful is important to me . Using what i have and finding second hand materials. I CREATE from an alchemist mindset ,divine feminine& masculine, adorning these these particular forms with recycled chains , gems , and trinkets. My concept is by burning the candle is a spell , by letting go of the chains that bind us and letting the light in . I also make tea cup spell candles where u can use tea cup after for tea or coffee or just collect as piece of art .
Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration comes from the magick of candle alchemy, spark of light itself , fire energy , the ritualistic nature , and the art of molding an image and seeing where the wax goes in formation. Ideas are endless in this craft . My concept / project is callled "BLITHE SPIRIT "
What would you do with $25,000?I can do so much for my artist community with $25,000! I can buy supplies , create a space( rent a space ) for fellow artists in san francisco, to expose and showcase their incredible channeled spiritual talents , and also where i reside and where i grew up most of my life . Art is reassurance of life purpose. Art is pure expression of soul. Its not just a journey, its the truth we all need to see or hear . 20 years ago i owned an indie fashion designer & artist boutique called Venus Superstar!
