Met my husband back in 2009. We both came from artistic backgrounds, we came together to create something beautiful. Art & Family ?
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
As a combination of blended artists we bring together the hard structure of steel and the essence of life. Creating abstract and recycled metal sculptures. Sometimes adding other elements and colors depending on the project. Always love to incorporate the learning aspects and we teach our 6 children the love of art as we do.
Where do you find inspiration? As my husband and I both came into the love of art using different mediums we started for similar reasons, in the process of healing. With that being said we find the most inspiration stemming from our emotions and the growing love and family we have created.
What would you do with $25,000?We would use the funds to expand our tooling and workshop. We love to teach classes to anyone interested, including kids and it would be nice to have a better space to accommodate and the tools to keep us moving forward.
