I love including my indigenous heritage within my artwork. I come from a background of being adopted and always felt out of place. But since I rediscovered my roots I thought it would be beautiful to blend in with my artwork.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the beauty of people around me. To me everyone is truly beautiful on the inside shining out. You see that beautiful spark of their spirit. And I want to show what I see on my artwork. No matter what style I do I feel like im tied emotionally to every piece. Mostly because I tend to paint while going through emotions. So it is very healthy and therapeutic at the same time for me. Helps me stay grounded and at peace.
What would you do with $25,000?I could name so many things, that i could do with that money. But if I did have anything to do with $25,000. I would put it towards help for my 2 daughters. There both disabled and I would love to be able to afford the help we need towards their care because I live in a rural area. I would love to
