I love creating experimental mixed media art! I love learning new processes, and experimenting with combing mediums to create something unique. I often take inspiration from techniques and ideas of previous art movements; dripping paint like pollock, or creating worlds outside of the rules of ours like surrealists.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in subjects and items that are overlooked. I love using my art to highlight what is often forgotten or ideas we don’t contemplate. I love using art to bring people together and spark conversation through sharing and indulging in creativity. I find inspiration in the prospect of connection.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to help put myself through art school! I am currently an honors student at Moore College of Art and Design. The money would allow me to graduate with minimal debt!
