Honestly to keep me sane and for its therapeutic outlet. I create art to unlock my psyche and express my emotions. Without art, I am lost.

My favorite type of art to create is neoexpressionism art. A creative art therapy class is what got me into art and Basquiat was a main inspiration in the start of my self-proclaimed artist career. There is less restriction but the ability to tackle societal issues and status quo through symbolism is amazing. I can include my poetry and prose while expressing my emotions on canvas. Capturing the raw feelings and whimsical woes that I tend to bottle up.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration from my everyday struggles and obstacles faced. It may sound cliche but art is truly therapy for me. When I am not creating, I am forced to traverse the ebb and flow of life without a lifesaver. However I also find inspiration from those supporting me. It’s crazy to think that I have a following of individuals who appreciate my art and my endeavors to share art with the world and its capability of uplifting your mood. Surely is a great reason to keep creating.
What would you do with $25,000?I would continue to create and grew the community I am trying to build. My goal was to become a creative art therapist, I still would want to but school hasn’t been a smart financial decision in the recent years. I was forced to drop out last year, making me a two time dropout. I wear it with pride. The money would be used to find a space where I could use as personal studio space. However also allow public use for workshops, live portrait sessions, open mic nights, etc.
