It has always been what kind of thing that I have to figure out. It is more in the process than the object made. Although I do love the object as well.
Where do you find inspiration?My brain is always tinkering figuring out how things have been made it is like untangling a box of strings and once they are or it is untangled then I show it to someone and feel accomplished. Then the next thing comes and it's another box to untangle and enjoy. These metaphors are my approach and inspire me. However give me an actual box of string that is tangled and I will be sated for as long as the tangles come apart.
What would you do with $25,000?Seed money to start a small school for the arts studio with a few fellow teachers. This money would pay for the rent on a small space to get us up and running.
