My favorite type of art to create is the art that happens spontaneously and in the moment. When I need to make something so badly that tunnel vision steps in and I use whatever I have within easy reach to fulfill that urge.
Where do you find inspiration?I have to be outside. It’s my requirement. I have to have water, leaves, greenery, lines and shapes, shadows and light all reflected in the natural world around me so that I can bring it with me into my art.
What would you do with $25,000?I would make sure that my kids have a secure future, invest in more art materials, and create a pollinator garden. I would save the rest in order to make smart decisions that I can’t foresee today.
