My abilities found me around the age of 9 or 10, and it was at 10 years old I painted my first oils. The rest is history, my history.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art is Impressionism, and although it is, I don't let it harness me into one type of Art. I don't like being Limited. Creating something Finds Its Own venue. Sometimes it's paint, sometimes the written word, sometimes it's sculpture, and sometimes it's music... Etc, etc, etc.
Where do you find inspiration?Everywhere, and through all the senses, sometimes it's a fragrance, sometimes it's a color, or a movement. Sometimes it's just from a memory that touches my heart. Inspiration comes from anything and from anywhere. The bus stop, the place I went on vacation to every year, a sad heart that ended up in a bottle unable to get out. A cold winter. It's there when you need it.
What would you do with $25,000?Get my teeth fixed, bottom line. After that I would hope to be able to influence the Young who really don't have much imagination because of all the technology that surrounds their lives. I want to get them to be able to perceive, Envision, picture things before they become the picture.
