I love to create art because it's a way of speaking to people and communicating my feelings thoughts and expressing my emotions to the world

My favorite type of art to create would be tattoo art as I am a working tattooing artist based in Chicago. I enjoy working with pen and pencil mixed media drawings that use pull styles of from my surroundings, books I've read stories I know, populture, comics and sometimes even conversations I have had in the past. My ideas can come from within or from another person. I can draw anything I can see or imagine and my art will only get better from here
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration from things I see and themes that would make for great tattoos. I also pull from story books and sayings for, example: Peter pan in neverland or the saying "the early bird gets the worm" have been used to create some pieces of my art that have became fundamental to my style. My style would be best described as collage surrealism drawings in ink. All my works are easily transferable into tattoo and pieces and are available.
What would you do with $25,000?I would open up my tattoo shop/ART GALLERY and use the money to buy art equipment to give free art lessons to youth. I want to involve community artists of all ages to develop murals around the City of Chicago by sponsoring mural painting events by providing supplies. This money would be used to buy supplies for students and for the community to help bright and express the brown painted walls of chicago. The money made through tattooing is simply not enough to open an art studio & school
