I create art to translate the invisible—emotion, memory, existence—into something others can feel, question, and carry with them.

What is your favorite type of art to create?

My work is driven by the belief that art should do more than exist visually—it should provoke. I create pieces that invite the viewer to think, reflect, and feel, whether that feeling is inspiration, discomfort, or even anger. I am less interested in passive observation and more focused on creating an experience that demands an emotional response. To me, any reaction is meaningful. When a viewer feels something—good or bad—it means the work has reached beyond the surface and created a connectio

Where do you find inspiration?

My inspiration is LIFE, Being a 10 year Dialysis patient, I understand the pain of being a long term patient and all the complications and trauma of being a chronically ill. I have seen so many friends and family pass away that I truly believe that God keeps me her as a tool to inspire and help others. To be a light in the darkness, to show empathy for those in pain, because I understand physical pain. Life is a gift, its beautiful and raw, and should be enjoyed one breath at a time.

What would you do with $25,000?

I had a dream that I would start a non-profit called the VIDA mural project. I would donate it to start a non-profit for creating inspirational murals around southern California. For the homeless, drug addicted, mentally ill, to inspire them to keep on living, get help, and know that help is out there, Murals that inspire others to seek help, and to change there life to something positive.
