I love all kinds of art but I love outdoor public art that is kinetic using the wind, water and sunlight to use as metaphors of change weather a birds wing that moves with wind, or water spinning feet around. These elements help in creating metaphors of the crossroads between nature and urbanization snd change
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration from watching the struggles of nature colliding with that of urbanization, land loss and climate change. I am interested in the fragility of life and how beautiful this place is we call home here. Let’s not fuck it up.
What would you do with $25,000?I would create another public outdoor sculpture where all walks of life can see, whether it is a working man, an educated man, an art lover . It is for all to interpret to love or hate. Both are good by the way.
