Art to me is a way to suspend myself in time to capture a moment or emotion, & every Medium lets me express a spiritual dialog artistically.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Art feels like a quiet return to myself. In every medium, I pour what I can’t say into something I can touch. I move slowly, deliberately, letting each line hold emotion and care. Creating becomes a soft, sacred space where I heal, listen, and feel whole—where my spirit settles and gently reaches beyond me.
Where do you find inspiration?I create because life never stands still, yet certain moments ask to be held a little longer. My art is where I gather those fleeting seconds—joy, grief, longing—and give them shape. Every experience leaves a trace in me, and through creating, I translate those emotions into something tangible, something that lingers. It is my way of understanding what I feel, preserving what would otherwise dissolve, and honoring the quiet intensity of simply being alive.
What would you do with $25,000?If I received this prize, I would pour it into creating a Performing Arts Center where underprivileged children could discover expression beyond their circumstances. Through music, dance, theater, and visual arts, they’d find confidence, voice, and imagination—opening doors to possibilities they may have never known existed, and reminding them their stories deserve to be seen and heard.
