Art with Sugar Cubes! I've been doing this for around 40 years! I've built several amazing castles and sold, or gifted many of them. The most recent sale was to a private collector in Irvine, CA. Since then, I've have successfully built a fully functional, seriously amazing electric guitar, with #2, 99% complete. Now I'm working to accomplish all sorts of fantastic art out of sugar cubes. The castles are fully detailed and furnished, with lighting as well. The future is fantastic!

In accomplishing feats I'm told I cannot do. The challenge. Pushing the envelope. However, the grand prize is the response. The looks of wonder, happiness, inspiration birthed through my creations. When people look at Smindlehoffer, (the first guitar ever built with sugar) THE SWEETEST GUITAR OF ALL TIME, they convey all these feelings to me. While travelling the United States since June, 21, 2025, this guitar has inspired hundreds, in sight and sound and awe nationwide. I have shared some pics!

I will use the funds to further art. These funds will go to securing a home/studio for myself and my pup, Teddy Bear. There, I will be able to get back to work on art that can and will inspire for generations. I believe I can ignite a national or larger artistic movement of a most beautiful nature. Imagine an artistic surge birthed through a fantastic medium long forgotten. Sugar was used to create elaborate statues and decorations during the Renaissance. Imagine, a Return of the Renaissance.
