As a child, I would always draw and paint with my mom, who is the art teacher at my old high school and it was always how we bonded.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art to create has always involved animals. I’ve loved drawing them since I was young, and that passion has grown into creating them in 3D and bringing them to life through animation. I enjoy studying their form and movement and translating that into digital work. I also believe it’s important to showcase animals through art to highlight their beauty and inspire appreciation and protection.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in everyday moments, especially through conversations with people and the stories I experience in movies, shows, and YouTube. Seeing different characters, worlds, and ideas sparks new directions for my work. I enjoy taking those influences and reinterpreting them in my own way, especially when designing characters and creatures.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to finish my schooling and invest in building a small studio space where I can focus on creating my dream game centered around animals. With proper funding, I’d be able to dedicate time and resources to developing it as a personal project and continue working on it until it’s ready for release.
