The quiet one of 6. Creating art became my voice. Evolving and creating my own techniques has been my mission. I Live and breathe to paint.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Blacklight reactive abstract painting has been my obsession for a couple decades. It brings a whole new dimension to the experience. Using heat to manipulate thick layers of medium. Glitter and Phosphorescent to bring some new depths. Acrylics are somewhat new and water based making most anything possible. Please check out my art on instagram artby_rob
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from within. As a creator, My brain will not stop, ever. I’m always thinking of how I can do better than the last. I learn something new every time I create something and just apply it to the next. That becomes my fuel. Learning from the old and applying to the new for something bigger and better.
What would you do with $25,000?Supplies are so expensive. I have so much more to do. I would invest it back into my art. I have a vision to create a 3d neon inner space installation. FYI.. The large triptych with multiple spheres on my profile is 10ftx2.5ft long when hung properly. Like an intestinal track breaking down particles. I displayed the works with blacklight on and off. : )
