To feel connected to myself and express that in a way that might also help others find themselves as well. I love the flow state.

I love the process of painting. I play music when I paint and it is the closest I have felt to really being in a reality that feels like home. I am continually told what my reality is through news, past programming of religion, political agendas trying to rewire my psychology, and the dissipation of our planet dwindling. I can still see the aching beauty in our earth, especially the ocean; its power, its salted electric current charges me up. I love art, it is a connection to my fellow humans.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in feelings and the awareness of their validity. Love is so hard to describe, but it encompasses everything, even hate. Collisions of color in motion. My children and their DNA moving everything I am to a new place, an external dream in motion, reality ever expanding from my own conscientiousness. The unknown and the fear of the unknown is inspiring through art.
What would you do with $25,000?If it was given to me with the energy of art, I feel like it should be used to expand the vision of it. I love culture and seeing the similarities and differences of each in our world. I would use it to connect to people and their understanding of nature. Traveling and learning their art styles and methods, synthesizing it into my own metacognitive expression. It would be an intentional source to get a better perspective of my world and the beauty it shines forth in my mind.
