I love creating landscape paintings with acrylic paint on canvas. I am also using textured acrylic which makes everything pop. Sunshine peeking through trees and reflections seems to be some of my favorite scenes to create/ capture. You will often see a moon in the sky. I love when the moon is out in the early morning still shining bright in a blue sky.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration everyday and everywhere I go. Always looking at the surroundings and making mental notes or taking a picture to use later. The sky and the clouds, the trees and the way the sun hits them. It’s something I see everyday. It’s the moments that some people miss because they aren’t paying attention. I can show them these moments in my work. That makes me happy.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25000 I would be able to finally take my dream trip to Italy. I have been wanting to attend an artists retreat. Also have been dreaming about such a trip since I was a young girl. I could see some famous renaissance paintings and get inspired in the same locations these paintings where created.
