I'm drawn to creating artwork that captures the tension between identity and perception. Through the human body, layered mediums, and music-inspired ideas, I enjoy building pieces that feel intimate, romantic, and slightly unsettling. When I create spaces where emotions can speak louder than explanation, it feels the most honest to me. Like capturing something real before it can be overthought and examined.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in music, memory, and the way emotions linger in the body. Lately, it's been in quiet moments. The way something small can shift a mood and stay with you longer than expected. I am drawn to the in-between spaces, where feelings aren't fully understood yet but are deeply present.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in creating an artistic storefront that doubles as a community space. Somewhere to showcase not only my artwork but uplift other artists and host creative events. This kind of space is something I feel my community lacks. I would also integrate my passion for animals by incorporating a foster-based element, creating an environment where art, connection, and compassion exist side by side.
